Weights Log Weekly PB Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Weights Log Weekly PB Giveaway is promoted by EKME Dev Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents.

Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and anyone directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

Each Weekly PB Giveaway will have its own opening time, closing time and winner selection details.

These details will be stated in the official Weights Log Weekly PB Giveaway post.

Entries received after the stated closing time will not be included in that week's draw.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is required.

To enter a Weekly PB Giveaway:

  1. Create or obtain your Personal Best (PB) card using the Weights Log app.

  2. Post your PB card in the comments of the official Weights Log Weekly PB Giveaway post.

  3. Submit your entry before the closing time stated in that post.

Unless otherwise stated in the weekly giveaway post, only one entry per person per weekly giveaway will be accepted.

Your PB card does not need to contain your name or avatar to be eligible. However, adding your name and avatar in Weights Log is encouraged to personalise your PB card.

5. Following and Sharing

Following the Weights Log Facebook or Instagram account is encouraged but is not required to enter.

Sharing your PB card or the giveaway post to your personal feed or timeline is completely optional and does not increase your chance of winning.

You are not required to tag friends, share the promotion, or post anything to another person's timeline to enter.

6. Entry Content

You must only submit content that you are entitled to share.

Entries containing unlawful, offensive, misleading, fraudulent or infringing material may be removed or excluded from the promotion.

The Promoter may exclude entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or the rules of the social media platform on which the promotion is conducted.

7. Prize

Each weekly winner will receive:

1 × Weights Log Lifetime Unlock

The applicable retail value of the prize will be stated in the relevant Weekly PB Giveaway post.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Lifetime Unlock may be supplied using an Apple App Store or Google Play promotional/redemption code, or another equivalent store-supported redemption method, depending on the winner's device and code availability.

8. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that week's giveaway.

The timing of the draw will be stated in the applicable Weekly PB Giveaway post.

The Promoter will maintain a record of the draw and winner selection.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced and/or contacted through the method stated in the applicable Weekly PB Giveaway post.

The Promoter may contact the winner privately to determine whether an iOS or Android Lifetime Unlock is required and to provide the appropriate redemption instructions.

Winners should never publicly post or share their redemption code.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period specified by the Promoter, is found to be ineligible, or the prize cannot otherwise be awarded to that person, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable law.

10. Privacy

Information provided by entrants will only be used as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact a winner and deliver the prize, subject to the Promoter's applicable privacy practices.

Entrants will not be required to publicly disclose personal information that is unnecessary for participation in the promotion.

11. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prize.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from claims arising from or connected with the promotion.

12. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and entrant eligibility and to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control prevent a Weekly PB Giveaway from being conducted as intended, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the affected promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

13. Weekly Giveaway Details

The official Weights Log Weekly PB Giveaway post will specify the details applicable to that week's promotion, including:

  • opening and closing time;

  • prize and stated retail value;

  • winner selection/draw timing; and

  • how the winner will be announced or contacted.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the applicable Weekly PB Giveaway post.
